🚗 Vehicle Access & Parking Reminder 🚗
To help ensure there is enough room for everyone, no cars are to be parked in the gazebo area.
You are welcome to drive in, unload your gear beside your gazebo, and then move your vehicle to the designated parking.
From Wednesday through Sunday, all vehicles must be out of pedestrian zones by 8:30am each day.
Please note that no parking is permitted within pedestrian-only zones unless specifically authorised. Pedestrian-only zones are clearly marked on the event map and by road barricades throughout the grounds. The only exceptions are:
✅ Authorised volunteer parking
✅ The designated disabled parking bays near the vendors' area and office
For Tuesdayonly, there will be some flexibility while everyone gets settled. Please be patient if we need to temporarily close roads or restrict vehicle movements to keep everyone safe and traffic flowing smoothly.
